Dedicated time getting to learn about you, your current concerns, state of imbalance, and your healing goals.
Report of Findings: 30-45 minutes
Review of your Customized Ayurvedic Program
- Prakruti: Doshic constitution at birth
- Vikruti: Current state of imbalance
- Agni: Digestive strength
- Ojas: Immunity strength
- Ama: Toxin levels, if present

Follow-up Consultations
Change is not easy. Once you have had your Initial Healing Package, coaching sessions continue your journey of healing. A safe space for support and an essential part of implementing your Ayurvedic Program.
During each coaching session, we assess your progress, work through challenges together, celebrate your wins, and introduce new recommendations as part of your program.
