The Initial Healing Package includes the following which are scheduled separately:

Comprehensive Ayurvedic Evaluation: 90 minutes 

Dedicated time getting to learn about you, your current concerns, state of imbalance, and your healing goals. 

Report of Findings: 45 minutes

Review of your Customized Ayurvedic Program

• Prakruti: Doshic constitution at birth
• Vikruti: Current state of imbalance
• Agni: Digestive strength
• Ojas: Immunity strength
• Ama: Toxin levels, if present

3 Coaching Sessions (45 minutes each)

Ongoing monitoring and guidance to support your healing journey towards an optimal state of balance.

Change is not easy. Once you have had your Initial Healing Package, coaching sessions continue your journey of healing. A safe space for support and an essential part of the your Ayurvedic Program. 

During each coaching session, we assess your progress, work through challenges together, celebrate your wins, and introduce new recommendations as part of your program. 

45 minutes: $100 Single session
