Step into a sacred space designed for connection, reflection, and growth. Guided by an Ayurvedic Practitioner and a Clinical Psychologist, this gathering weaves ancient body-healing traditions with modern insights of the mind to awaken the heart.
Together, we’ll nourish the heart center — the seat of consciousness- through chanting heart-opening mantras that raise the frequency of the body to release negative energy and promote healing. You’ll also be guided through a sacred cacao ceremony and a healing heart ritual to deepen renewal and inner connection.
Above all, we will share in the magic of community — something we so deeply need in the face of current global shifts. Leave feeling uplifted, inspired, and more connected to yourself and others. Your journey to a higher heart frequency begins here.
