This month, we explore the Third Chakra (Manipura)—the energy center of confidence, courage, vitality, purpose, and healthy self-worth. Through an energizing all-levels yoga practice, guided breathwork, live music, and a hand-crafted community tea circle, you'll awaken your inner fire and reconnect with the strength that's already within you. 

Every age and ability is welcome, with modifications offered throughout the practice.

Discover the beauty and wisdom hidden within nature's most vibrant ingredients. In this one-of-a-kind creative experience,  you'll create your own Sacred Spice artwork on a wooden canvas to take home using colorful culinary spices while discovering their healing and ancient qualities through the lens of Ayurveda.   

 We'll conclude the evening by gathering around the table to enjoy an Ayurvedic-inspired supper, thoughtfully prepared with many of the same herbs and spices featured in your artwork, inviting you to experience their colors, aromas, and flavors in a whole new way. 

 All art materials are included. No artistic experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and a playful spirit!
